As a business, we understand that there can be multiple circumstances where you may not be fully satisfied with our services and may be questioning a refund. We never avoid such situations and always strive to deliver the best solution to address the customer’s issues and queries.

This refund policy clearly outlines all the terms and conditions under which one may request a refund, the procedure to grant a refund, and the circumstances in which we may not be able to process a refund.

2. SCOPE OF OUR SERVICES

At AskForQuery, our services include a wide range of solutions that cater to customers’ needs and requirements related to customer support, technical assistance, and product inquiries. It includes, but is not limited to:

Note: Our refund policy applies specifically to these service categories and depends on the nature of the service. As the services are digital, time-based, and knowledge-driven, it means that the refunds are subject to certain conditions, which are described later on this page.

3. CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE

While using our services, we want our customers to be satisfied with the results. We want every customer to feel confident in their decision to choose our services. Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

3.1 SERVICE NOT DELIVERED

If you have made the payment, and our technicians haven’t delivered you the services yet, you’re entitled to obtain a full refund without any deductions. It also includes the cases where an appointment for the services was scheduled, but you weren’t available at that time to receive the services.

3.2 ISSUE NOT RESOLVED

In case our experts weren’t able to resolve your issue at the end of the service, despite giving all reasonable efforts, then you’re fully eligible for a refund. Please note that the refund will not be provided if the issue was resolved but took longer than you may have expected.

3.3 DUPLICATE PAYMENT

In the event that you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a billing or technical glitch, then we will promptly process a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification by the accounts team.

3.4 SERVICE CANCELLATION

For any reason, if we weren’t able to provide you with the service for which you paid and we cancel the service on our end, we automatically process the refund without any deductions.

4. CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE

There are some specific situations when we hold the right to decline a request process. We aim to keep it transparent between our customers and us, and for that, we have listed below the circumstances in which the refunds will not be processed:

4.1 WHEN SERVICE IS DELIVERED COMPLETELY

Once our technician has successfully delivered the services that were requested by you in the given time frame, we will not be able to process the refund in such cases.

4.2 CHANGE OF MIND AFTER SERVICE DELIVERY

In case the service has been delivered as requested and promised, a refund request based on a change of mind or preference will not be accepted. We encourage customers to clearly communicate and describe the issue and the service they want.

4.3 ISSUE RE-ARISING FROM THE THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

After we have successfully fixed the issue or the problem, if it re-arises due to a defect in the third-party software, hardware, expired software license, or system limitations that are far beyond our control, then we will not be able to provide a refund. However, we can still help you in fixing the issue, but that will be chargeable again.

4.4 FAILURE TO COOPERATE DURING THE TROUBLESHOOTING PROCESS

Our technicians will require proper coordination and assistance from your side. You must share the necessary permissions, provide device access, and follow the instructions shared by our technicians. If you refuse to do the above, and it causes our experts to be unable to effectively resolve the issue, then such customers won’t be able to raise a refund request.

4.5 REFUND REQUEST FILLED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WINDOW

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the issuance of the service. After 7 days, the refund request won’t be considered valid for processing, no matter what the reason behind it is.

4.6 SERVICE REQUESTED FOR ILLEGAL OR UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES

If a customer requests our services for any of the unfaithful and illegal activities that violate the local, national, or international laws, we will cancel the service immediately without any prior notice, and no refund will be provided. Our company strictly prohibits any involvement in illegal activities and will take necessary actions to report such behavior to the appropriate authorities.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

To request a refund, customers may contact our billing department at refund@askforquery.com. Further, they’re requested to include their full name, contact number, a detailed description of the issue, and the reason for the refund request. Make sure to attach the relevant screenshots that claim your request.

Thereon, our team will take 2-3 working days to review your case, and they may even get in touch with you to discuss it. Following that, we will process your refund, which you can expect to see in your original payment source within 7 business days.

You will receive all the updates about the status and outcome of your refund request at your registered email address.

6. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some rare circumstances, where a service has been delivered partially, for example, the technician has resolved a part of the problem but not entirely, then AskForQuery reserves the right to offer a partial refund instead of a full one.

Additionally, the decision to offer a partial refund is made at the sole discretion of AskForQuery, based on the assessment of the situation and the extent of the service provided.

7. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

AskForQuery reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy without prior notice to any of its existing customers. We encourage everyone to review the policy periodically on the page to stay informed about the latest changes.
